The Wine portion of the evening will be offered by Paul Martzoukos, one of Alberta's most knowledgeable, personable and animated sommeliers and President of Tannin Fine Wines.
The Food portion of the evening will be offered by Alex Solano, owner/chef of Lolita's Lounge and Salt & Pepper Mexican Restaurant.
Together, Paul and Alex are two of the most creative, passionate and palatable guys of their crafts. They are a "Dynamic Duo" certain to drench you with all of their individual and combined food and wine knowledge. They will only leave you wanting more.
